1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PharmaFly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, you should stop using the App immediately.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Where significant changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the App or other appropriate communication methods.

Your continued use of PharmaFly after updated Terms are published indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Licence to Use PharmaFly

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download and use PharmaFly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This licence does not allow you to:

• Resell or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Share the App with unauthorised users
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish materials contained within the App
• All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of PharmaFly may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update this information when necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or disable your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App inappropriately.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PharmaFly may offer both free and premium features. Access to certain content or functionality may require payment through a subscription or one-time purchase.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or other relevant platform providers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payments made for subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials available within PharmaFly—including but not limited to questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design—are the property of PharmaFly or its licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

This includes redistributing question banks or educational materials outside of the App.

7. User Content

Any content you submit within PharmaFly remains your property.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving PharmaFly.

You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use PharmaFly in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
• Interferes with or disrupts the functionality of the App
• Uses automated tools such as bots, spiders, or scraping software to extract data
• Introduces viruses, malware, or harmful code into the App
• Shares account credentials with other individuals
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Educational Disclaimer

PharmaFly is designed as an educational revision tool for individuals preparing for professional pharmacy examinations.

PharmaFly does not guarantee exam success, should not replace official regulatory guidance or study materials, and may contain errors or omissions despite our efforts to maintain accuracy.

Users remain responsible for verifying information using official sources and applying their own professional judgment.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PharmaFly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption, the App will be free from technical errors, or the content provided will always be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmaFly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to access PharmaFly in the previous twelve months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PharmaFly, its owners, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the App, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PharmaFly at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

If your access is terminated, your right to use PharmaFly will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of PharmaFly shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

16. Severability

If any provision within these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the PharmaFly Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of PharmaFly and replace any previous agreements or understandings.
